Manganese steel vibrating screen mesh is a high-strength, wear-resistant screening component designed specifically for the mining, quarrying, and aggregate industries. Constructed primarily from 65Mn high-carbon manganese steel, it is currently the most widely used and cost-effective mesh material for vibrating screen applications. Thanks to its ultra-high tensile strength, unique work-hardening properties, and excellent toughness, it is ideally suited for harsh operating conditions involving high-frequency vibration, heavy impact, and severe abrasion. Its service life far exceeds that of standard carbon steel mesh, making it the standard wear-resistant screening surface for crushers, vibrating screens, and trommel screens.

65Mn manganese steel possesses a unique physical property: it becomes harder with use. During continuous impact and abrasive screening, the mesh surface undergoes plastic deformation, triggering a significant work-hardening effect. The surface hardness can rise above HRC60, creating a high-strength, wear-resistant protective layer.

Simultaneously, the material's core retains excellent toughness and ductility, preventing brittle fracture or wire breakage. As the worn surface layer wears away, a new hardened, wear-resistant layer automatically forms, ensuring consistent screening performance.
