Hot-dip galvanized iron wire is made with choice low carbon steel wire, through wire drawing, acid washing and rust removing, annealing and coiling. It's mainly used in construction, handicrafts, woven wire mesh, express way fencing mesh, packaging of products and other daily uses.

Adopt hot-dip galvanizing as mainstream process, the zinc layer tightly adheres to the steel surface. Isolate steel from air, rainwater, salt fog, manure and alkaline substances. Base material is low carbon steel wire with excellent softness. It can be twisted, knotted, bent, woven and welded freely without fracture, compatible with automatic binding machines and mesh weaving equipment.
Stable galvanizing technology ensures even zinc thickness, no zinc lumps or sharp burrs on the wire surface. Avoid scratching construction workers and livestock during use.
Uniform wire diameter, stable tensile strength in each batch. Welded points of finished wire mesh are firm, not easy to loose or crack.
